So th
We use a computerised system to manage your bookings. Rather than having to pay large amounts of money up front, our system allows you to pay for your lessons fortnightly by direct debit. It's our way of making swimming more affordable for everyone!
So how do I book in?
Once you've given us your enrolment details, and we've found an appropriate class, you pay for two bond lessons* plus any lessons that occur before the direct debit comes out of your account. This will be approximately $60 per child to be paid at the outset when we first make your booking.

Two bond lessons per child are paid at the beginning of your booking

Whenever your child is going to finish lessons, use up the two classes you paid for at the beginning. Easy.

Direct Debit… your fees can be drawn from your credit card or your bank account, your choice.

Simply fill out one of our forms and your children's lessons will be charged fortnightly on Thursdays.

Cancellation Policy
It is important to be aware that we need four week's notice of cancellation. So if you need to change or cancel your booking please make sure to give us appropriate notice. This is to allow us to cancel direct debits etc, and of course, so you can use up the two week's worth of lessons you paid for at the beginning of your booking.
Make Ups
If your child is unwell and cannot make their class, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible – (we ask for a minimum of 24 hours). When your child is better we will do our best to fit your child into another class, should a position be available. Please note, being unable to attend due to sickness will not affect your direct debit...you will be charged as normal, and replacement classes are arranged as above.
